Virtual coins are delivered instantly
All coin purchases on Nisha Spark are for virtual in-app utility and are delivered instantly to the user's wallet. Because the product is digital and credited immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once coins are credited to your account.
Cancellation
A coin purchase cannot be cancelled after the payment is completed and the coins appear in your wallet. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel for future billing periods.
Payment deducted but coins not credited
If your payment is deducted but coins are not credited due to a technical error, you must contact us within 7 days at nishaspark68@gmail.com with your transaction ID. We will verify the payment with our payment partner and credit the coins within 48 hours of successful verification.
Please include the following details so we can act quickly:
- Registered mobile number or email on your Nisha Spark account
- Transaction ID or payment reference number
- Amount paid and date/time of the payment
- A screenshot of the payment confirmation, if available
Used coins
There is no cash refund for used coins. Coins spent on premium features such as extended audio or video chat time and virtual gifts are consumed and cannot be reversed or converted back into money.
Suspended or blocked accounts
Coins remaining in an account that is suspended or blocked for violating our Terms and Conditions are not refundable.
