1. Introduction
Nisha Spark ("we", "us", "our") operates a social networking and communication platform that allows adult users to create a profile and make new friends through audio and video communication. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to our website, our mobile application and all related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and you may ask us to delete your account.

2.2 Chat and call usage information
To provide, bill and moderate the Service we record usage metadata about your activity: call start and end times, call duration, whether a call was audio or video, the members involved, coin balance changes, coins spent or earned, purchase records, and reports or blocks you create or receive. We use this information to calculate coin deductions correctly, to show your call history, to resolve disputes, to detect fraud and to act on safety reports. We do not sell this information.
2.3 Device and technical information
When you use the Service we automatically receive technical information such as your device model, operating system version, application version, language, approximate region derived from your IP address, IP address, crash logs and diagnostic events. This helps us keep the Service secure, fix problems and improve performance.
2.4 Payment information
When you buy coins, the payment is processed by our payment partner Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI IDs, bank credentials and similar payment credentials are entered on the payment provider's secure interface and are not collected or stored by Nisha Spark. We receive only the outcome of the transaction — for example the amount, the transaction reference, the status and the time — so that we can credit coins to your wallet and keep accounting records.

- To operate the virtual coin wallet, credit purchases and deduct usage.
- To show your call history, balances and earnings.
- To provide customer support and respond to payment or coin related issues.

- To analyse aggregated, non-identifying trends so we can improve the Service.
We rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a safe platform, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations as the bases for these uses.
4. Sharing of information
We do not share your personal data with third parties except for payment processing via Razorpay and the limited situations described below:
- Payment processing. Transaction details are shared with Razorpay to collect payments and to verify or reconcile a payment when you report a problem.
- Service providers. Infrastructure providers that host our database, deliver notifications and power real-time audio and video connections process data strictly on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
- Other members. Information you choose to publish — your display name and profile photo — is visible to other members, as is your online status.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, court order or a valid request from a public authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or Nisha Spark.
- Business transfer. If the Service is merged or acquired, data may be transferred to the successor entity under this Policy.
We never sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising resale.
5. Security
We use secure encryption to protect your data. Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, and data stored in our database is protected by encryption at rest, access controls and row-level security rules that restrict each record to the accounts entitled to see it. Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes and are never visible to our staff. Administrative access is limited to authorised personnel and is logged. Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar local storage technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in, remember your session and protect against fraudulent requests — the Service cannot function without them. Preference storage remembers settings such as your last selected options. We may use limited analytics storage to understand aggregated usage such as which pages are visited most often, so we can improve the product. 7. Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Call and coin transaction records are retained while your account exists and, after account closure, for as long as needed to meet accounting, tax, dispute-resolution and legal obligations — typically up to eight years for financial records as required by Indian law. Moderation records, reports and blocks may be kept for up to three years so that we can prevent repeat abuse. Support correspondence is normally retained for up to two years. Diagnostic and crash logs are kept for a short period, usually up to ninety days. When data is no longer required we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it.
8. Your rights and choices
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — update your name, photo, mobile number or email at any time from your profile, or ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion — users can request data deletion by emailing us at nishaspark68@gmail.com from the address registered on the account. We verify the request and delete your profile, photo and usage data, keeping only records we are legally required to retain. Deletion is permanent and any unused coins are forfeited.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
- Object or restrict — ask us to stop or limit certain processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a commonly used machine-readable format.
- Complain — raise a concern with us first; you may also approach the competent data protection authority.
We respond to verified requests within thirty days. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before acting, to protect your account from misuse.
9. Children
The Service is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we terminate it and delete the associated data.
10. International transfers
Our servers and service providers may process data in locations outside your state or country. Where data crosses borders we require appropriate contractual safeguards so that it continues to receive a level of protection consistent with this Policy.
11. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites, such as our payment partner's pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
